I, Chairperson NoMoreUno, move to censure Blueshadow0324 for blatant violations of the BAR Code of Conduct. We find that Blueshadow has committed the following violations of the BAR Code of Conduct:
- AI Misuse: nonstandard filing format, demonstration of lack of knowledge of court proceedings, jurisdictional deliberation, a very clear discrepancy in the quality between the initial filing and subsequent messages
- General Principles: The previously established AI Misuse results in non-relevant claims (for instance, a slander claim arising from their client’s sexuality) being given unnecessary focus when they have no merit.
Blueshadow0324 did not reply to the BAR when official communication was made.
