Accepted Motion to Appoint Chairperson CreeperTD

I, OwnedBlock, per Lenore Eksplosive's resignation from the position of BAR Councillor, move to appoint CreeperTD as the chairperson.

This seems to be the only logical way to proceed, as both me and xVoltrix are relatively inexperienced in BAR Council duties and councillor AsexualDinosaur has stated that he doesn't want to take on the duties of DC Forums related management.
