To

Investagte the conduct of Krix and Dartanman

The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:

This Motion was moved for by: Councilperson Dr.Eksplosive

As the council may know, recent events have transpired involving Krix and Dartanman. The following has been established:

• Krix claims that Frmr. Justice Dartanman allegedly was political during his tenure as a member of the Judiciary and Supreme Court Justice (See 1st Image)
• Dartanman rejects this claim, suggesting that it is easy to forge evidence in the form of a discord message (See 2nd Image)

In order to ensure that ethics and integrity are upheld within the legal field of Redmont, I hereby motion for the Council to investigate the matter, searching for evidence that may answer the following:

• Whether Frmr. Justice Dartanman DID or DID NOT act politically during his tenure in the Supreme Court,
• If the above is true, whether Dartanman DID or DID NOT engage in treason or corruption as a result,
• If Krix then DID or DID NOT tell the truth about Dartanman's activities in a public format.

This investigation will not be handled by the Ethics Committee due to it's nature. Unfortunately, Councilor Krix will not be able to deliberate on this investigation. His recusal is recommended if this Motion is to pass. The RBA would welcome any evidence submitted through DMs to Councilor's or directly into an appropriate investigation channel.
