Create a anonymous report form
The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:
This Motion was moved for by: Councilperson Avaneesh2008
The ethics committee is required by our charter to offer a way for board members or any member of the public to file an anonymous report where they can report unethical conduct by any person holding the legal profession. I hereby move the Ethics Committee to a) create a way (preferably by forums) that board members and members of the public can access to file anonymous reports b) post in in an accessable location c) be checked by the ethics committee for sent reports
