Disbar Snek
The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:
This Motion was moved for by: RBA Chair Unseatedduke1
Following the investigation by the @Ethics Committee into @snek
as outlined in motion 12/2024, the ethics committee has recommended in a unanimous vote for the RBA to pursue the disbarment of the attorney in question for the following reasons:
:Blue_Arrow: Failure to adequately represent their Client in Court
:Blue_Arrow: Excessive Contempt of Court Charges
:Blue_Arrow: Conduct unbecoming of a lawyer
:Blue_Arrow: Failure to maintain decorum
This vote is to determine whether the RBA council wishes to initiate a disbarment suit against the attorney.
Aye: Avaneesh2008, Dr.Eksplosive, Anthony
