Amend motion 15/2023
The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:
This Motion was moved for by: RBA Chair Unseatedduke1
I propose an amendment to motion 15/2023. While retaining the awards component of the motion, I suggest delegating this responsibility to the RBA council. This would also empower the council to determine a suitable timeline for the awards.
