The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:
This Motion was moved for by: Councilperson Unseatedduke1
Amendment to Motion 11/2024 I propose an amendment to the prior motion (11/2024). In the event that motion 11/2024 is passed, coupled with the approval of this motion, The responsibility for gathering evidence and assessing whether the disbarment of @snek
should be pursued be assigned to the RBA Ethics Committee. This is to ensure that the process is conducted with diligence.
