Why do you think you are suited to the position you are applying for? I am best suited for the post because of my irl knowledge, I have been an active player who has been watching on DC Finance. I want to contribute towards the DOC and help in solving the problem of under staffing.

I am keen to learn more and participate in the department.

Additional Information: I work as the CEO of Vendeka and that might be a conflict of interest but I would like to clarify that we are not providing any core banking facilities to any financial institution right now and at max we only provide bookkeeping services to them.

Hence this should solve the doubt of conflict of interest.

Could you clarify what you do in bookkeeping services and how it wouldnt be a conflict of interest in auditing companies?

The services we provide is only to Volt at the moment
Volt has hired us as bank teller and we are only responsible to maintain the record book of deposit/withdrawals and/or transfers.

Our service there is not to make any financial statements but only record keeping or book keeping

Preparation of financial statements is a different activities and we are not allowed to interfere in any of such activities.

Another thing I would like to mention, we use an automatic bot which does this record keeping function for them so I personally don't have to do anything but just keep a check that whether the bot is performing his task or not.

I am concerned about any DOC employee having any role in preparation of financial data of Financial Institutions. Is there any way to shield yourself from the preparation of volt's finances?

I am not involved in anything regarding the preparation of finances of Volt.

My accounting bot logs all transactions in an excel sheet and we have copy from one place and paste on the other.

So it's done by bots only.
