HKE101 is a new manager and holds 10% member interest and 10% voting rights.
 
Blackstone Law Group LLC now holds 20% of the member interest and 20% of the voting rghts.

I have updated the name. I also have followed the information in the Company Docket Information thread, if there is a different thing for LLCs, please direct me to it.

The LEA does not recognise "directors" in Limited Liability Companies, as such, directors in LLCs cannot exist.
If you just replace the name in the form with "N/A" the company docket can be signed.

The Department of Commerce reasonably believes Meadowbrook Banking LLC is conducting regulated financial activity, including taking customer deposits, without a licence, in contravention with Section 15 of the Redmont Commerce and Finance Act.

The entity must apply for a banking licence retroactively, or stop conducting regulated financial activity. The entity must continue to safeguard customer funds and honour it's outstanding withdrawal requests.

If the entity does not resolve this issue, the Department of Commerce may take further enforcement action including entering a cease and desist order, entering a freeze order, or applying for the entity to be put under receivership.

This warning is given under RCEA s77(3) and concerns the matter stated above.

Steps to remedy: Apply for a banking licence retroactively, or stop regulated financial activity, the related advertising and the acceptance of further funds. Secure customer funds and honour outstanding withdrawal requests.

The entity may appeal within 7 days of service.
