Please amend the complaint to be compliant with the Court Rules, especially in the following areas:
a) correct labeling of evidence;
b) correct labeling of parties; and
c) correct categorization of damages; the Court does not recognized "16,000 - breach of contract" to be a cognizable remedy.

Do so within 48 hours.

Your honor, could you please elaborate on what I did wrong for letter "B"? Thank you in advance. (I think it is all fixed now)

I apologizes for having missed this.

Defendant failed to appear.

Noting Defendant's prolonged absence from Redmont, the Court will continue in an inquest. See Rule 3.6.1 of the Court Rules & Procedures.

The deadline to file a Motion to Vacate Default shall be set 7 days from now, the 23rd of October 2026 pursuant to Rule 3.6.3.

The following is the structure of the inquest proceeding:
a) discovery in full, unless Plaintiff moves to end it early;
b) witness testimony; and
c) a legal brief submitted by Plaintiff.

Discovery is open for 5 days.

Exhibit P-001: signed contract

the preceding evidence is a signed contract signed both by my client (plaintiff) and the defendant on august 5th, 2026. This contract is a standard employment contract with the following important parts.

In section 2 clause 8 it is clearly stated that the defendant must provide a 48 hour notice prior to resignation.

In section 2 clause 8 , section 3 clause 2 and 3 it clearly states momentary resolutions to various problems.

these payments stated include:

$1,000 for quitting without proper notice

$10,000 for general breach of contract

$5,000 for potential financial loss

exhibit p-002/p-003 show that the defendant made no contact that me or my client is aware of. with This it clearly shows that the defendant broke clause 8 section causing the defendant to be in breach of contract.
