Case Filing
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
Matthew100x
Plaintiff
v.
AbsInf
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I hired Absinf to perform an interior renovation project under contract and paid him $2,000 upfront for interior design and initial materials for my plot, R083, which I had purchased and required interior renovations. Because I am not skilled in interior renovations, I hired a builder to complete the work on my behalf, with the understanding that I would pay an additional $5,000 upon completion. I hired him around December 21, 2025, and created a ticket in his Discord server, City Lines, to document the project. I followed up on the City Lines Discord server around January 1, 2026, and again sometime thereafter. As of approximately a week ago, I discovered that I was no longer in the City Lines Discord server and had been banned or removed, with my invite link rendered invalid. I also observed that Absinf was no longer present in the Democracy Craft Discord server or any other mutual servers, indicating that he had entirely left those servers. I am now seeking the return of the $2,000 as a material breach of contract due to his failure to perform the agreed-upon work and his departure while retaining the $2,000 payment.
