COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
I. PARTIES
1. Mask3D_WOLF
2. Department of Health
3. Medical Specialist Block335
II. FACTS
1. The plaintiff went into the hospital to be treated for salmonella multiple times
2. The plaintiff joked that they would drain the department's medicare budget with how many times they went into the hospital to be treated for salmonella and expressed it was a joke using the tag "/hj" which means "half-joke". This was a half-joke because the part about draining the budget was a joke but they would probably cost the DOH money. [EXHIBIT A]
3. Due to this, the plaintiff's medicare coverage was revoked
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. This violated Executive Order 36/22 which states, "(3.a) All members of the community will automatically be entitled to the state sponsored medicare program."
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $750 Punitive Damages
2. $250 Legal Fees
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
