COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
At 14:24 on 2026.06.21 I was held at gunpoint by ppmaster221 at the bank of Redmont where he tried to take the money from my firm and when I refused he shot and killed me.
I. PARTIES
1. Marci2084 (plaintiff)
2. ppmaster221 (defendant)
II. FACTS
1. The defendant was robbing the bank.
2. While robbing the bank defendant attempted to mug plaintiff and pointed the gun at plaintiff, thus assaulting them.
3. Plaintiff refused to give them money and was killed.
4. The act of holding one at gunpoint violates Part IV, § 1 of the criminal code act, thus being classified as assault and also the act of demanding one's possesion with a threat also violates Part V, § 4 and Part VIII, § 25.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant has assaulted plaintiff.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation of 7.500$ for assault.
2. Any remedy or punishment the court sees fit.

The defendant and their accomplice (who settled out of court), pointing their guns at plaintiff.

The defendant robbing the plaintiff.

The defendant refusing to settle out of court.
