A BILL TO AMEND THE EXECUTIVE STANDARDS ACT

Make the DPA Shit and Giggle Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1. Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘DoSaG Act’

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by NullaPoene.

(4) This Act has been sponsored by Rep. MrCheesGuy

(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. Stanley582

(6) This Act amends the following acts:

(a) Executive Standards Act

2. Reasons and Intent

PART II — AMENDMENTS

4. Amendments to the Executive Standards Act

(1) The ESA shall be amended as follows:
10 - Department of Public Affairs Department of Shits and Giggles (DoSaG)

(1) The Department of Public Affairs Department of Shits and Giggles is charged with the following primary responsibilities:

(a) Advancing the spirit of community.

(b) Organising and hosting community events.

(c) Administering national social media accounts.

(d) Administration of cabinet meetings

(e) Managing National event calendar (Discord Events Tab).

(f) Managing bookings for Government recreation facilities.

(g) Do stuff for shits and giggles.

(3) Leadership:

(a) Secretary of the Department of Public Affairs Department of Shits and Giggles.

(b) Deputy Secretary of the Department of Public Affairs Department of Shits and Giggles.
