LukaHero1 v. Comacozy112 [2026] DCR 63

STATEMENT OF FACTS
On Day 1877, between 6:46 AM and 6:48 AM in-game time, LukaHero1 was engaged in a separate altercation with jfam8788 near the Hospital in a public area. jfam8788 typed "money now" in public chat before the altercation, establishing hostile intent from that party.
Comacozy112 then approached and independently attacked LukaHero1. The server's automated fight detection system displayed the following message in public chat, captured in the attached footage:
"Comacozy112 has started the fight, you can legally defend yourself!"
This message appeared twice. This confirms two separate attack initiations by Comacozy112 against the plaintiff. The plaintiff's health dropped from a full bar to approximately 5 hearts across the incident. LukaHero1 did not initiate contact with Comacozy112 at any point. Comacozy112 entered an existing altercation and attacked LukaHero1 without provocation or consent.
LEGAL BASIS
Count 1: Assault
Criminal Code Act, Part IV, Section 1.
Comacozy112 intentionally struck LukaHero1, causing loss of hearts and placing the plaintiff in danger.
Offence Type: Summary, applied civilly under Criminal Code Act, Part I, Section 6(1)(a).
Conviction is not required. The civil standard of proof applies.
The server's automated fight system is objective, server-generated evidence. It is not player testimony. It is a system log captured in the attached footage.
