The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: The plaintiff had given loan a the defendant and had stated in the contract that should they not return the loan to the plaintiff within two weeks or provide over the sum loaned then he will sue for the money, however the defendant hasn't been on since the day after the loan went out

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant did not pay his debt
2. The Defendant hasn't even given an effort to repay the sum loaned

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Defendant has an outstanding loan and hasn't been on the server to even attempt to repay it

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $500 to cover the debt

SUMMONS

The defendant is required to appear before the court in Case No. 04-2021-14 (LuckyPerms v. Soul_R3p3r). Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff.​

Seeing as the Defendant has not responded within the allotted time of 48 Hours, a default judgement shall be entered.
