On behalf of Leaf Capital, as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and sole shareholder of Leaf Capital I approve that Leaf Capital is to divest and release all of its equity owned in LeafLuxury LLC to the treasury of LeafLuxury LLC. Leaf Capital no longer owns any part of LeafLuxury LLC.
