Increase the jail time for assault

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Assault Repair Act."
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was penned by Senator Aladeen, sponsored by Representative ElainaThomas29, and written in collaboration with Secretary of Justice JoanM999 and Deputy Secretary of Justice ElainaThomas29.

2 - Reasons
(1) The current punishment for assault is $50. This is barely a punishment since there is no jail time and a player can do it several times without going to jail.

3 - Change the following law in the PVP and Trespassing laws section:

Changes

Assault:
Assault is the act of hitting a player, causing a loss of no more than 3 hearts; or putting them in a place of danger, (such as pointing a weapon at them.)
Per Offence: $50 Fine

To

Assault:
Assault is the act of hitting a player, causing a loss of no more than 3 hearts; or putting them in a place of danger, (such as pointing a weapon at them.)
First Offence: $20 fine + 5 minute jail

Second Offence: $50 fine + 10 minute jail
Third Offence and After: $100 fine + 15 minute jail

One thing I like about the singular punishment on our repetitively broken laws is that it allows police to act quickly and decisively without having to research the player's record before fining them. When i was a police officer, this was always appreciated.

1. Player breaks law
2. Crime reported
3. Police officer issues punishment will now change to this, which could mean up to a 5 minute delay.

1. Player breaks law
2. Crime reported
3. Police officer researches the player's criminal record. Involves tabbing out of MC and looking on forums.
4. Police officer issues punishment

With the understanding that the author of the bill is the Deputy Secretary of the DOJ and has cooperated with the Secretary of the DOJ on this matter, this bill has been granted assent and is hereby signed into law.
