IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
KYGUY270
Plaintiff
v.
Department of Homeland Security
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I was unlawfully arrested and jailed for Bank Robbery despite having no involvement in the crime. I was simply present at the bank when a robbery took place. I did not trespass past the restricted vault thresholds to steal, nor did I break any gold or diamond blocks. The arresting officer sent me straight to jail without verifying my involvement or presenting solid evidence of theft.
I. PARTIES
1. KYGUY270 (Plaintiff)
2. Department of Homeland Security (Defendant)
II. FACTS
1. On 09/16/2026 at 10:30AM, the Plaintiff was located at the city bank.
2. A bank robbery occurred at the location simultaneously.
3. A DHS Officer arrived at the scene and immediately arrested the Plaintiff, sending them straight to jail for Bank Robbery.
4. The Plaintiff did not participate in breaking vault blocks, did not bypass secure vault security to steal, and held no stolen bank goods in their inventory.
5. The police officer was wearing a face mask when he arrested me.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Wrongful Arrest / Imprisonment: The Defendant failed to establish probable cause or proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the Plaintiff committed Bank Robbery. Mere presence at a crime scene does not constitute guilt under the Criminal Code Act.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Expungement of the Bank Robbery charge from the Plaintiff's criminal record.
2. Financial compensation of $4,800 (the cost of the bank robbery fine) for damages, lost time, and wrongful imprisonment.
EVIDENCE
- None available by Plaintiff due to immediate jail transmission.
- The Plaintiff requests the Court to order the Defendant to produce the arresting officer's logs, the arrest logs, and any alleged evidence proving block destruction.
