COMPLAINT
The plaintiff complains about the defendant as follows”

“Stalking in public and private spaces, Persuasion, False Accusation
and Attending hospital clients despite having invalid certification.”


I. PARTIES

II. FACTS

• Both parties do NOT possess permission to attend clients or have their license revoked.
• Both parties are trained and supervised by Adam_The_Warrior (Health Specialist)
• The Plaintiff has already been punished by Adam for attending a client by herself without permission previously.
• The Defendant states “I never got answered by her” which is clearly disproven in the photos below.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. My client has proof of being stalked, below are some images of their conversations. Some conversations were lost due to chat’s fast movement.
2. My client has been visited at spawn, at their workplace and at their home without permission from them and pushed into talking with the Defendant.
3. The Defendant has given us misleading and untruthful claims about the case which we can disprove with Adam_The_Warrior and the database.
4. One of his statements is that he got robbed of his clients when in fact, none of them are able to attend clients alone and even if so, he states that she took in more than 3 clients on the day of 02/05/24. That is impossible, as Adam has already punished the Plaintiff that day for attending one client with a broken leg.
5. In the Plaintiff’s defense, that client was in desperate need and no medic was free/available to help them.
6. The Defendant also is defending his inquiry for a monetary injunction as well as looking to “get more out of”.
7. The Defendant has also tried getting the Plaintiff drunk, under alcohol’s influence by gifting it to them on one of their “stalking streaks”. (I, PenguingReal, the representation of the Plaintiff would like to request a background check on the item that was given to my client as I suspect deeply that It was bought by the Defendant.

IV. PRAYERS FOR RELIEF

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:

• $2200 in legal fees
• $2000 in punitive damages
• $1000 in misinformation/ threatening
• $3400 in emotional damages
• Any additional compensatory damages deemed appropriate by the court.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
