No resolution necessary - this corrects the record on the new DoC website to match the registered name and in-game company that was registered on the old forum company docket.

The formation instrument is amended to state the new registered name: before "KiwiBank", after "Kiwi Private Bank Incorporated" (RCEA s16(1)(a), s18(2)(a), s21(1)). A change of registered name does not abate any legal action brought by or against the entity under its former name (RCEA s7(3)).
