The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

The defendant created a auction for 2 shulkers and 3456 baked potatoes. After I won the auction for $120.50 and payed the defendant in full he refused to deliver the items after numerous attempts and ways he could've despite the of offer free delivery to any address in his auction posting.

1. The defendant created a auction on DCbids for 2 shulkers and 3456 baked potatoes starting at $100 with free delivery to any address.

2. The plaintiff won the auction for $120.50 on 05/01/2022 and offlinepayed the defendant in full amount on 05/02/2022

3. The defendant has yet to deliver the 2 shukers and/or the 3456 baked potatoes despite a considerable amount of time passing.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Defendant has not delivered the items from the auction which is legally binding.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $120.5 for the amount already payed.
2. $100 for legal fees

WRIT OF SUMMONS
