COMPLAINT

The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

On August 9th, 2026, I was peacefully fishing on the dock in the Town of Aventura when ZOMBEE5054 approached and attacked me without provocation or consent. The Defendant struck me twice with a weapon, inflicting severe damage, causing stiffness, and leaving me in critical condition at four hearts. I did not provoke, attack, or permit the Defendant to use force against me. Following the unprovoked assault, I was forced to seek medical treatment at the hospital, where S_Starlight witnessed my treatment. While Medicare covered the raw medical costs of the visit, the physical trauma, pain, suffering, and disruption caused by this unlawful attack warrant financial compensation. I am bringing this suit to recover civil damages for the personal loss, battery, and resulting pain and suffering endured.

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS

1. On August 9th, 2026, the Plaintiff was lawfully present at the Aventura Fishing Area on the dock engaged in fishing.
2. Without warning, provocation, or consent, Defendant ZOMBEE5054 struck the Plaintiff twice with a weapon.
3. The attack reduced the Plaintiff’s health to four (4) hearts and inflicted a severe stiffness debuff requiring immediate hospitalization.
4. The Plaintiff received emergency medical treatment following the incident, witnessed by player S_Starlight.
5. The attack was entirely unprovoked, and the Plaintiff did not engage in any combat or aggressive behavior prior to or during the incident.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Count 1: Civil Battery (RCCA Part II, Section 3(1))The Defendant intentionally inflicted harmful and offensive physical contact upon the Plaintiff without legal justification or consent, causing severe physical injury and requiring medical intervention.
2. Count 2: Civil Damages for Pain and Suffering (RCCA Part II, Section 4(3))While basic medical fees were covered by Medicare, the Plaintiff suffered personal loss in the form of pain, physical distress, and disruption of play directly resulting from the Defendant's unlawful action.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendants:

1. $8,000.00 in compensatory damages against Defendant ZOMBEE5054 for battery, physical trauma, pain, and suffering.
2. Such other and further relief as this Honorable Court deems just and appropriate.

EVIDENCE

1. Video recording (Medal clip) showing Defendant ZOMBEE5054 striking the Plaintiff twice, reducing health to 4 hearts, and inflicting stiffness debuffs.
2. Witness testimony from player S_Starlight regarding the subsequent hospital visit and treatment.
