How do you plan on using your grant funding?
If granted funding, I plan to use the funding to set up an art studio. Part of this setup will include purchasing, developing and designing a property on which to build my studio, where I can begin creating and curating art. I currently rent a studio from AnimeInc for free, but it is barely 6 blocks wide, and therefore extremely hard for anyone to view art at a distance; how it's supposed to be viewed.
In addition, art supplies themselves are not cheap - an empty canvas costs on average of $33.71 (used economy.democracycraft.net). With an average painting size of 4x4 (16 canvases), this is an average of ~$540 per painting, going up to ~$1,620 for my largest paintings (6x8). With an average of four paintings per month, this costs an average of $2,100/month.
Finally, I would like to hire and support new artists in DC. Myriad new players join the server every week who would love to create art, but don't know how, or don't have the ability to successfully advertise their art. I was one of these players myself, not too long ago. I would like to act as a springboard for them to learn their craft and flourish in the art industry.

Property purchasing: $42,500
Monthly art supplies: $2,100
New artists' training+pay: $6,000
Total (rounded down): $50,000
Ideal Grant Amount $50,000
If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
