How do you plan on using your grant funding?
We are currently building a school at C694 designed to provide new players, as well as anyone interested in expanding their knowledge, with a structured, classroom-style learning experience. Our goal is to help players learn their roles more efficiently while also creating connections to employers!

The school includes five core departments:
Law & Order
Art
Engineering
Food Science
Medicine & Health
Historical Culture



Each department will host classes covering topics that players often find difficult to learn on their own, ranging from farming techniques to technical skills (mechanic, armorer, building) and governance. We recently added a new department (Medicine).

Funding Request
We are seeking grant funding to support the following needs:

Teacher Compensation: Each teacher earns 5000 per class they teach, plus a bonus if they do well on their teacher evaluation (up to an additional 5000)

Supplies & Resources: Funding for agriculture supplies, technical Supplies writable books, and other essential classroom materials. This will cost about 5-7 thousand.

Construction Support: Continued development of the school’s facilities to provide a welcoming and functional environment for learning. This will cost around 10-12k, we intend to add more dorms, a theater, and a café for the students. As well as more offices!

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
