BILL
To
Increase the Number of judges to help with the amount of cases courts are facing.
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Judge Ex1 Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was penned by representative Poemhunter with approval from Ansgard_1st
2 - Reasoning
There has been an increase amount of court cases and with members of the public dissatisfied with court response time this bill seeks to help the current judges increase from 3 to 5
3 - Expansion
(1) under this law judgeships will increase from 3 sitting Judges to a maximum of 5.
(2) under this law there will still only remain one Chief Justice of the Courts.
