The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. On 30 August 2026, Defendant announced in general chat that they wanted to buy an Elytra for "2.5k" or "under 3k" (P-003)
2. Plaintiff offered an Elytra in direct messages: "il give u mine for 2.3k", Defendant haggled the price down: "can u do 2.2 plesae" (P-003)
3. Defendant had $2595.42 in their personal balance at this time (P-003)
4. The parties met at the /zoo (P-003, P-004)
5. Defendant agreed that if Defendant does not pay, Plaintiff is allowed to sue (P-001, P-003)
6. Plaintiff repeats the price as "2.2k as we promised" (P-002, P-003)
7. Plaintiff drops the Elytra and Defendant picks it up (P-004)
8. Defendant pays Plaintiff $230 (P-002, P-003)
9. Plaintiff asks for the remainder and Defendant tells them to come to spawn (P-003)
10. Plaintiff demands the remainder, announcing to Defendant that Plaintiff has screenshots of the conversation and the promise made in fact 5 (P-003)
11. No further payment is made
12. Almost thirty minutes later Defendant's balance has dropped to $25.42 (P-003)
13. On 31 August, Defendant is seen again in general chat, writing "buying elytra 2.3k" (P-005)
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Breach of Contract under Redmont Civil Code Act (RCCA) Part VI Section 1.
Defendant offered to buy an Elytra, Plaintiff sent a direct message in response. The two parties met, demonstrating intent to exchange. Defendant stated "if i dont pay you for this elytra you can legally sue me", indicating a clear understanding of the terms. The Elytra was dropped by Plaintiff and Defendant actively picked it up. Defendant paid $230, having previously discussed "2.2", indicating Defendant was aware in paying the incorrect amount. Defendant presently has 13 hours of playtime at the time of filing (P-006).
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. For 1 count of Breach of Contract, 1) Elytra or 2) $1970
2. Punitive damages under RCCA Part III Section 3 for outrageous conduct, having exercised dishonesty and having continued to advertise the offer to others without making amends with Plaintiff
3. Applicable legal fees
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
