1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Jail Activities Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Senator zLost, Speaker of the House Intercepticon, and Deputy Speaker bigpappa140.

2 - Reasons
(1) Players are likely to AFK in prison. They don't like mining so they wait out the timer.
(2) If the player in jail has a friend, that said friend may bring them cobblestone to get out of jail easily. Players won't get out of jail so easily if they have fun activities to do, such as soccer.
(3) The player will enjoy jail and will not just AFK or have a friend come over with cobblestone they brought from a store or house. These players that come in with cobblestone can easily drink an invisibility potion and nobody is likely to see them. We need to stop players from doing this.

3 - Terms
(1) A mini soccer field with a soccer ball shall be added to jail.
(2) Mining for cobblestone will still be allowed, but ores will be added, information about the ores will be down below:

1 piece of cobblestone: Takes away 5 seconds
1 piece of coal: Takes away 20 seconds
1 piece of iron: Takes away 30 seconds
1 piece of gold: Takes away 1 minutes
1 piece of diamond: Takes away 2 minutes

-70% cobblestone
-15% coal
-10% iron
-3% gold
-1% diamond

2 - Reasons
(1) with the new jail Activities act you can get out of jail within 20 seconds this ruins the point of going to jail as you can get out in 20 seconds this act will lengthening that by few minutes per sentence .

1 piece of cobblestone: Takes away 5 seconds
1 piece of coal: Takes away a minute
1 piece of iron: Takes away a minute and 30 seconds
1 piece of gold: Takes away 2 minutes
1 piece of diamond: Takes away 2 minutes and 30 seconds

With

1 piece of cobblestone: Takes away 5 seconds
1 piece of coal: Takes away 20 seconds
1 piece of iron: Takes away 30 seconds
1 piece of gold: Takes away 1 minutes
1 piece of diamond: Takes away 2 minutes
