The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Incomplete Building Clarification Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative 218218Consumer
2 - Reasons for Proposal
Currently, under the law, it is technically possible for property owners to own as many incomplete buildings as they want as long as they are not empty. That must be clarified.
3 - Terms
Section 6.9 under Property and Building Regulations is changed from “Empty Plots - You're not allowed to have more than 2 empty plots in the city.” to “Incomplete Plots - Owning more than 2 incomplete plots within city or town limits is prohibited.”
Property owners who had more than two incomplete plots before the signage of this bill will not be penalized for the plots they already own in accordance with ex post facto laws, but they will be subject to the terms of this law revision for any new plots.
