Regulate Gambling within the Commonwealth

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 — Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Illegal Advertising Fix Act".
(2) This Act comes into effect immediately upon receiving the President’s signature.
(3) This act has been authored by Senator Anthony_org
(4) This act is sponsored by Vernicia and co-sponsored by Sen. Anthony_Org

2 — Reasons
(1) The Punishment for Illegal Advertising is too weak.
(2) There is no current method to punish advertising of gambling and gaming institutions
(3) To amend the Criminal Code Act

3 - Amendments
The Criminal Code Act shall be amended as follows:

10 - Illegal Advertising
Offence Type: Summary
Penalty: 5 Penalty Units
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) advertises a business or political campaign in a public chat not designated for advertising.
(b) advertises a gaming institution or gambling in a public chat designated for advertising.
