Currently, there is no evidence of a pharmacy having been set up in the location. I will not Deny this application currently, but will not accept it until I see evidence of the pharmacy being set up (without the chest shops being active so as not to break the policies)

uh well theres medicine in the chests,so once im approved i make it a chestshop.and theres a brewing stand where i make my medicine
