Establish Offences under the Standardized Criminal Code

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Health and Medical Offenses Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
The current system of sorting crimes is too chaotic and messy. This Act exists as part of the Standardized Criminal Code package of bills to address this.

3 - Criminal Code
The Health and Medical Offenses Act will establish the crimes outlined in '4 - Offences' as an extension of the Standardized Criminal Code Act.

4 - Offences
(1) Disease Faking (Original: Icypenguin79 - Feb 15, 2021)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of faking a disease in bad faith.
Per Offense: $100 Fine

(2) Infection
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of transmitting a disease to another player, the refusal to follow health directives to contain a disease, the refusal of treatment of a contagious disease in a timely manner, or the unconsented cause of a non-contagious disease/diagnosis/injury.
Per Offense: $100 Fine

(3) Possessing Medical Objectives (Original: LilDigiVert - Nov 28, 2021)
(i) Classification: Indictable Criminal Offense
The act of possessing, selling, trading, or crafting medical objectives not sold in the hospital's pharmacy outside Government-approved Medical Facilities is prohibited. Excludes the Vaccine Prescription.
Minimum Sentencing: $500 Fine
Maximum Sentencing: $2,000 Fine + Suspension from Department of Health for a period of up to 2 months

(4) Unauthorized Medical Sales (Original: 218218Consumer - Sep 12, 2021)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of distributing pharmaceutical or medical goods without approval from the Department of Health.
Per Offense: $500 Fine

(5) Abusing /emt
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of frivolously using the /emt command.
Per Offense: $100 fine

(6) Entering an Ambulance Without Permission
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of entering an ambulance without permission from the Paramedic who owns it.
Per Offense: $60 fine

(7) Doctors Selling in Bulk
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
Doctors, not Pharmacists, over-supplying medical objectives required to treat an illness.
1st Offense: Verbal Warning + Report to Health Secretary
2nd Offense: $80 fine + Report to Health Secretary
3rd Offense: $100 fine + Report to Health Secretary
