Decorate Hallways​


The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Hallway Decoration Act”.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.


2 - Reasons

(1) The Congress wishes to decorate its own building.


3 - Establishment

(1) By default the Capitol building shall be cleared of any political party decoration at the beginning of each term

(2) Should ⅔ of the Congress approve a slate of modifications for the Capitol building, they shall be allowed to be placed and remain until otherwise specified in a later motion approved by the same process

(3) Any proposals to modify the Capitol building do not require Presidential assent

(4) Any modification to the Capitol building must be approved by a ⅔ majority of Congress

(5) Under no circumstances shall Government funds be diverted to source any sort of political party-themed objects
