Increase Punishments for Gun Murder
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Gun Murder Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. 1950minecrafter
2 - Reasons
(1) There has been an increase to gun murder
(2) It is to discourage people to use guns for murder
3 - Add “13.19 - Gun murder to the PVP and trespassing section
"13.9 - Gun Murder
Gun murder is the act of unlawfully killing another player with a firearm."
First Offence- $110 fine + 10 minute jail
Second Offence- $150 fine + 15 minute jail
