Nature of business: 1. The purpose of the Corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Redmont. 2. The Corporation shall not directly engage in public stock exchange investing. 5. If the Corporation seeks investment exposure or market participation of that kind, it shall do so only through a duly authorized investment-bank sister company and through such exchange-traded funds or equivalent instruments as may be permitted by the Parent Company.
