IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
Goat767
Plaintiff
v.
FrankTabasco
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
FrankTabasco created an advert in chat stating that i was untrustworthy and shouldn't be hired by anyone for any jobs. this has therefore caused people to choose others to complete jobs for them and damaged my reputation (slander). This was not a truthful statement and was stated unfairly, causing me to lose paying employers, therefore sums of money. out of spite of the situation the defendant stalked the plaintiff and murdered him, damaging the plaintiffs tools and armour.
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1 Goat767(plaintiff)
2. FrankTabasco (defendant)
II. FACTS
1. Goat767 was hired by the defendant to complete a job,
2. The defendant went offline and came back an hour later to find the job was not yet done, we never agreed a time limit after all so i could not have expected him to be annoyed the job had not yet been finished,
3. I told him i would finish the job as soon as possible but he told me to keep and the money and swore at the plaintiff also telling me he didnt want me to finish the job
4. since the plaintiff had not been allowed to finish the job he carried on with his activities since the contract had terminated, the plaintiff however discovered the defendant had been speaking badly about the plaintiff and advising others not to employ the plaintiff
5. The defendant later decided to follow the defendant around, eventually murdering the plaintiff.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant has broken the law regarding slander since the defendant has made a statement damaging my reputation
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $200 for the statement itself and money the plaintiff has lost from being deprived of employers due to the statement.
2. $100 for equipment and tools damaged due to the murder
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
