The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
The defendant has violated Section 6(1).a of the Intellectual Property Act.
I. PARTIES
1. Redmont Center Journal (RCJ) - defendant
2. GlobalCenter Corporation - plaintiff
3. BabySoga - owner of RCJ
II. FACTS
1. RCJ is a business within redmont
2. GlobalCenter is a business within redmont
3. acording to the Intellectual Property Act, companies have the IP rights to their own names
4. GlobalCenter has presented a Cease and Desist notice to RCJ on july 25th 2025
5. RCJ has refused to comply with the notice
6. RCJ's name is similar to GlobalCenter's and might confuse customers
7. GlobalCenter was created before RCJ
8. RCJ's owner is BabySoga
9. GlobalCenter's CEO and majority shareholder is Dearev
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. violation of Section 6(1).a of the Intellectual Property Act.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The name change of the defendant
2. All profts generated by the defendant using the name "Redmont Center Journal"
3. Reasonable compensation as decided by the courts according to the Intellectual Propert Act Section 6(2);
