The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
The defendant has violated Section 6(1).a of the Intellectual Property Act.

I. PARTIES
1. Redmont Center Journal (RCJ) - defendant
2. GlobalCenter Corporation - plaintiff
3. BabySoga - owner of RCJ

II. FACTS
1. RCJ is a business within redmont
2. GlobalCenter is a business within redmont
3. acording to the Intellectual Property Act, companies have the IP rights to their own names
4. GlobalCenter has presented a Cease and Desist notice to RCJ on july 25th 2025
5. RCJ has refused to comply with the notice
6. RCJ's name is similar to GlobalCenter's and might confuse customers
7. GlobalCenter was created before RCJ
8. RCJ's owner is BabySoga
9. GlobalCenter's CEO and majority shareholder is Dearev


III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. violation of Section 6(1).a of the Intellectual Property Act.



IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The name change of the defendant
2. All profts generated by the defendant using the name "Redmont Center Journal"
3. Reasonable compensation as decided by the courts according to the Intellectual Propert Act Section 6(2);

@Babysoga4real is required to appear before the Federal Court in the case of Globalcenter Corporation v. Redmont Center Journal [2025] FCR 73

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

MOTION TO DISMISS - LACK OF CLAIM

The defence moves that the complaint in this case be dismissed with prejudice, and in support thereof, respectfully alleges:

Reasons:

1. The Intellectual Property Act States as follows:

An individual or entity is found to have breached trademark when they engage in one or more of the following actions:
(a) Producing, replicating or impersonating recognizable signs, designs, or expressions that identify a company, product, or service

2. The word "Center" in Redmont center journal does not violate Section 6(1)a as stated by the Plaintiff. I will go through all reasons in the Bill and explain why the name Redmont center journal does not violate the name GlobalCenter.

This is isn't true the designs of the logos of both news company differ greatly.

This really can't be said as there a lot of differences about what both news providers provide. (GlobalCenter doesn't provide any news in #news anymore). There haven't been any articles about the same topics. GlobalCenter has made articles including but not limited to: "Imza is not very rich", "Rain is very heavy in Aventura", and RCJ provides Daily Articles and Breaking News including but not limited to: "Daily Posts" articles and "Kaiserin wants to remove the Chief Justice"

3. You can't copyright the word center by Law.

4. The names GlobalCenter and Redmont center journal are not similar by pronunciation aswell as writing.
