BILL
To

Defend the Boundaries Between Staff and Government

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Freedom of Transportation Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by hugebob23456.
(4) Co-Sponsored by awwwimnicki and Bubba_Tea_.

2 - Reasons
(1) Any citizen should have the right to choose whatever form of transportation they feel is best for themselves on Federal Land and in the Wilderness.
(2) Towns should hold the power to otherwise legislate if they feel necessary.
(3) Elytras are objectively the most affordable, easiest to control, and least laggy method of transportation that exists on the server, apart from walking. While the poll in #server-announcements is (at time of writing) showing a majority in favor of getting rid of elytras, I encourage those people to individually, for themselves, to choose to use a car. There is no need to revoke everyone's individual liberties to choose the form of transportation that is best for themselves.
(4) This is a Government issue.

3 - Terms
(1) Any citizen may, so long as they remain compliant with other laws and regulations including but not limited to license ownership and revocation, use any method of transportation they deem appropriate for themselves on Federal Land and in the Wilderness. This includes but is not limited to: cars, bikes, planes, helicopters, elytras, walking, running, and public transportation.
(2) Any of the Towns may, by whatever proper means they themselves establish, author, propose, consider, pass, approve of, and/or otherwise adopt legislation and/or policy that would ban and/or regulate the use of any form of transportation within the boundaries of their own respective Town.
