How do you plan on using your grant funding?
We plan to use the grand funding in order to pay our firm's writer(s) and employee(s), as well as to cover miscellaneous costs as they may arise. This will allow for an incentive to produce high-quality and in-depth coverage of the legal and economic beats in Redmont, and for us to improve infrastructure around it, while not suffering the corrupting influences that selling advertising may subject the firm to.

I anticipate the following:

• Advertising/Cost of sales/Overhead — $5,000/month
• Legal Research — 20 hours/month @ $500/hour = $10,000/month
• Economic research — 10 hours/month @ $500/hour = $5,000/month
• Long-form writing — 4 long articles/month @ $2000/article = $8,000/month
• Long-form Editing — 4 articles/month @ $1000/article = $4,000/month
• Short-form writing — 2 short articles/month @ $1000/article = $2,000 / month
• Short-form editing — 2 short articles/month @500/article = $1,000/month

Total: $35,000/month

In the event that this grant is non-renewable and only (a finite) N months can be provisioned at a time, I’d ask that the grant be given for N months at the above rate.

Because of a few events that have occurred since the grant was disbursed, and an inability to get other writers onboarded so far, I no longer anticipate being able to use the grant funds in their entirety by the end of the calendar month.

For funds not spent by July 31, where should I return them to?
