Hi @CjPlaysMinecraft, there are two issues with your filing that must be rectified before a signature can be issued.

First, please update the in-game company field on both the Company Docket Summary and Certificate of Formation (I believe you intended for both instances to read "FocalFarms").

Second, the Certificate of Formation states that Focal Holdings has made a capital contribution of $4,000 but no such contribution can be found in the firm's in-game account. Focal Holdings should either deposit the $4,000 into the FocalFarms account, or send proof that the contribution is controlled by FocalFarms within a financial institution.
