A BILL TO

Illegalize Fluff

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1. Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Fluff is NOT Fine Act'

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by Representative Raz0Baz0, with parts borrowed from the 'Fluff is Fine Act'

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative MrCheesGuy.

(5) This Act Amends the Following Act: Criminal Terminology Act

2. Reasons and Intent

(1) Both smile dip AND Fluff pose a threat to Redmont.

(2) Fluff, although seemingly harmless, causes the user to begin levitating and become nauseous. Although not directly causing damage, this is clearly not normal.

(3) The long term affects of Fluff usage is unknown, we must do what we can to prevent any long term damage Fluff may cause.

PART II - CTA AMENDMENTS

4. Criminal Terminology Act Amendment.

(1) The Criminal Terminology Act shall be amended as follows:

4 - Illicit Substances

(b) The Following Substances are deemed illicit.

(i) Smile Dip

(ii) Fluff


PART III - TRANSITIONAL PERIOD

(1) Fluff, at the time of assent of this bill, may be turned into the Department of Homeland Security for a period of 14 days. In return, Citizens may not be charged for possession of Fluff until 14 days after assent of this bill.
