COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
Statement from Firepup665, collected under oath by CorbinJC (Counsel for FirePup665, Licensed Attorney)
"H8rtman had approached me as a mechanic about purchasing a vehicle from me. He was interested in purchasing a standard blue car for $1,500, a fair market value for this vehicle. When meeting up at his place of residence to complete the transaction. H8rtman was worried about being scammed out of money, so he requested the car be dropped out of my inventory to complete the purchase, after he picked up the vehicle, he teleported away and shortly after disconnected from DemocracyCraft."
I. PARTIES

2. H8rtman, a player on DemocracyCraft who entersd into a verbally binding contact to purchase a vehicle from the Plaintiff on 10/29/2026.

1. On October 29th, 2026. H8rtman and FirePup665 entered into a verbal agreement for the plaintiff to sell a new, 'Regular Blue Car' to H8rtman for the agreed upon price of $1,500.
2. As confirmed in chat, H8rtman was able to pick up the car, by acknowledging the item had been dropped from the inventory of FirePup665, all occurring in 'Local' chat.
3. As seen in the screenshots of chat, when FirePup665 had asked about the payment, the chat response showed no others were in the area and could hear his local chat before payment was remitted.
4. After CorbinJC (Counsel for FirePup665) was contacted for a consultation roughly 3 minutes after the encounter, H8rtman had disconnected from the server to avoid being publicly confronted on global chat.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
