To
Lower fines to adjust to deflation.
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Fines Adjustment Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. Figomessi77
2 - Reasons
Deflation caused fines to be to much frustration for players that wants to reform, this act will adjust fines to fulfill its original purpose and not to ruin punished person.
3 - Terms
(1) Amend section 3 - Change the following law in the PVP and Trespassing laws section:
13.1 - Assault
From:
Assault is the act of hitting a player, causing a loss of no more than 3 hearts; or putting them in a place of danger, (such as pointing a weapon at them.)
First Offence: $20 Fine + 5 minute jail
Second Offence: $50 Fine + 10 minute jail
Third Offence and After: $100 Fine + 15 minute jail
Act of Congress - Assault Repair Act
To:
Assault is the act of hitting a player, causing a loss of no more than 3 hearts; or putting them in a place of danger, (such as pointing a weapon at them.)
First Offence: $15 Fine + 5 minute jail
Second Offence: $40 Fine + 10 minute jail
Third Offence and After: $80 Fine + 15 minute jail

First Offence: $20 + 5 minutes jail time
Second Offence: $60 fine + 10 minutes jail time
Third Offence and after: $100 fine + 15 minutes jail time
