(1) §11 of the Property Standards Act is to be amended as follows:

(1) Plots beginning with 'F' or ‘Wl-F’ are farmland plots (e.g. ‘Wl-F001’)
(2) Farmland plots may not be used for commercial purposes, nor industrial purposes other than agriculture, except:
(i) when a substantial portion of a plot is used for agricultural purposes, such plot may contain processing facilities, factories, or warehouse facilities unrelated to agriculture; or

Nay — we have limited farm space and an abundance of commercial space.

Farm in the farm space. Sell stuff in the commercial space.

You are robbing people of space to produce by using it to sell.

Nay - There's not really any good reason to allow commercial activity on farmland plots. I agree with End that this will just drive up their prices and make it harder for new players to farm in the city.

Farmland plots are also a shitty place for commercial activity as most of them are very far from any public transport. If you really want to sell farm products in Willow, consider renting a WBD or petitioning the DCT to work on a farm market or something along those lines.

This bill really isn't a great way of fixing the problem it wants to solve.

:nay: - Previously I had supported this bill, but with the impending new player crisis I believe it would be better to hold off and maintain farms as exclusively for farming to ensure both proper utilization and to avoid turning demand too high

:nay: - I think traversing willow is a massive pain and adding on to the impending new player crisis that Smami mentioned, it would create a lot of friction for people
