Make better it better for our farmers
1- Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as the protect the farmers act
(2) this act should be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This act has been authored by Representative FTGWop
(4) This bill has been co sponsored by Rep: Dumbyhead1234
2- Reasons
(1) Right now we have farm plots but we do not have enough farm plots not every farmer are able to get a farm plot since it exist to less of those plots
(2) today everybody can own a farm plot even people who are not farmers which ends up with that A lot of farmers does not have any farm plots
(3) farm plots are expensive for our farmers which in the end is bad for the food production of redmont since farmers are the ones bringing food to the stores of redmont
3- Terms
(1) - create more farm plots so that it exist enough farm plots for all our farmers
- People who have worked as farmers for a minimun period of 5 months should be able to get a 50% discount when buying farm plots so what I mean is that when a government sells a farm plot the farmer will tell the government which government owned farm plot they wanna buy and the government will then only take half the price for that plot and when a farmer wants to buy a farm plot that is for sale but owned by another player then that farmer will have to contact the government tell them which farm plot they wanna buy and the government will pay that player 50% of the price so the farmer that wants to buy the plot only will have to pay the 50% that is left to pay. so for example if somebody sells a farm plot for 10k then the government will pay 5k and the farmer that wants to buy that plot will pay 5k for it.
- Every farmer will be able to contact the government and get 1 farm plot fully free then if they want more farm plots they will have to buy those but after they have been farmers for 5 months they will get 50% discount when buying new farm plots.
- Farmers should also be able to own unlimited of farm plots
