Executive Order Executive Order 7/24 - Yacht Plots

By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, GoldBlooded, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

The Department of Construction and Transport will establish ten (10) Yacht Plots for the purpose of owning and maintaining luxury watercraft.

Plot Designators
Yacht Plots will have the following naming convention Y###.

Establishment
Staff have approved up to 10 plots be established through Commonwealth waters. These plots will be established as rent regions at the following prices:

Large: $5000/month
Medium: $2500/month
Small: $1000/month

Rental regions will allow for plots to change ownership more frequently. High costs reflect the status of owning a large yacht and their associated upkeep.

The size and categorization of large, medium, and small yacht plots will be decided by the Department of Construction and Transportation and Staff Leadership.

The Dept. of Construction and Transportation will auction off the right-to-rent for each yacht plot.

The Dept. of Construction and Transportation is not to be charged with the construction of yachts, only with the pastes of yachts.

This Executive Order will be implemented over a period of 30 days.
