Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));

Whereas, the Commonwealth recognizes that its citizens occasionally disappear due to horrifying real-world obligations commonly referred to as "college entrance examinations";

Whereas, one such citizen, **nara_k ("Nara")**, shall undertake said examination on **24 July 2026**;

Whereas, surviving standardized examinations requires determination, perseverance, caffeine, and approximately seventeen years of accumulated knowledge;

Whereas, the Commonwealth has a vested interest in the continued success and wellbeing of its citizens, both within and beyond the borders of Redmont;

Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby order the following:

§1. Purpose

The purpose of this Executive Order is to recognize 24 July 2026 as a day on which the Commonwealth extends its encouragement to Nara as she undertakes her college entrance examination.

§2. Operation: Good Luck, Nara

On 24 July 2026, the Government formally wishes Nara the very best in her examination.

Citizens are invited, but not required, to offer words of encouragement, positive vibes, memes, or emotional support as they see fit.

§3. Government Statement

The Executive recognizes that examinations are difficult, stressful, and occasionally involve staring at a question while hoping the answer materializes through divine intervention.

The Commonwealth further acknowledges that one examination does not define a person's worth, character, or future.

§4. Effective Date

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon publication and shall remain in force until Nara has escaped the examination hall and regained the ability to sleep peacefully.

Signed this day in the Commonwealth of Redmont.

"May the questions be familiar, the invigilators be kind, and the multiple-choice answers merciful."
