By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, xLayzur, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:


Section 1: Pharmaceutical Licensing and Job Ladder
(a) Trainee Pharmacists, Pharmacists, and Pharmaceutical Specialists shall follow a designated job ladder as outlined below:
  • Take the Trainee Pharmacist exam.
  • Receive training from the Department of Health (DOH).
  • Become a full Pharmacist.
  • Apply on the forums for Pharmaceutical Specialists to run their pharmacy (limited to the number of pre-built pharmacies available).
(b) Compensation for each role shall be as follows:
  • Trainee Pharmacist: $15
  • Pharmacist: $20
  • Pharmaceutical Specialist: $30
(c) Job titles shall be represented as follows:
  • [TPH] - Trainee Pharmacist
  • [PH] - Pharmacist
  • [PHS] - Pharmaceutical Specialist
Section 2: Pharmacies
(a) The Department of Health (DOH) shall manage and oversee the operation of pharmacies, including the allocation of pre-built pharmacies near spawn/hotspots.
(b) Pharmaceutical Specialists may apply on forums to rent pre-built pharmacies, limited to one pharmacy per specialist.
(c) A dedicated channel on the DOH Discord shall list all currently running pharmacies, providing a platform for Pharmaceutical Specialists to advertise their businesses.

Section 3: Pharmacist Internship Compensation
(a) Pharmaceutical Specialists who mentor Pharmacist Interns shall be compensated $150 by the DOH upon the completion of the internship.

Section 4: Regulations and Pricing
(a) Pharmacies must adhere to the following pricing regulations:
  • Items available both at hospitals and pharmacies must be upsold by $5 at pharmacies.
Section 5: Congressional Regulations
(a) We encourage Congress to legislate the following regulations:
  • Selling pharmacy items in a non-licensed fake pharmacy is punishable and may result in fines or jail time.
  • Establishing pharmacies in the wilderness without proper licensing may result in fines and termination.
  • Any individual selling pharmaceutical goods for incorrect prices or outside legitimate pharmacies shall be prosecuted and fined.
Section 6: Assignment of Pharmacies
(a) Pharmacists seeking employment shall find opportunities independently, including working for a Pharmaceutical Specialist at their pharmacy.
(b) Upon the availability of pre-built pharmacies, the DOH may temporarily operate one to train new Pharmacists and acquire Pharmaceutical Specialists, enabling them to train new Pharmacists in the future.
