EXECUTIVE ORDER — RENAMING THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE
Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, Section 29(1)(b) of the Constitution tasks Secretaries with "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President's direction";
Whereas, the Department of Justice has, in the President's sole discretion, earned a rebrand befitting its actual vibes;
Whereas, truth in advertising is a cornerstone of good governance;
Whereas, nothing in this Order shall be construed to diminish the Department's actual legal functions, jurisdiction, or staff, who remain — much to their dismay — entirely serious professionals;
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Just_Jada, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
§ 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT
To rename the Department of Justice to the Department of Injustice, for reasons that shall remain self-evident.
§ 2. RENAMING OF THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Justice is hereby renamed the "Department of Injustice"
§ 3. ENACTMENT
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon signing.
